POWER YOU BRING
- 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform;
- Extensive experience with OS-level programming and multi-threading;
- Windows OS experience is required, with additional experience in Mac and Linux OS being a plus;
- Familiarity with IT operations and infrastructure management concepts, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments;
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues independently;
- Knowledgeable in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
BEING A PART OF THE TEAM
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements;
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize ServiceNow projects;
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure reliability and performance;
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement;
- Document technical specifications, deployment procedures, and user guides for ServiceNow solutions.
