PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This platform offers a range of tools designed to help accounting firms manage tasks more efficiently. Features include managing engagement letters, collecting data, tracking workflows, handling e-signatures, e-filing, and providing client portals. By integrating these functions into one interface, the platform aims to enhance productivity and improve both client and employee experiences by minimizing the need for multiple systems.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- The Template Specialist is responsible for configuring and customizing templates inside the product to meet specific client requirements.
- Master the product’s configuration options and functionalities;
- Develop deep product knowledge to understand how different features interact;
- Configure product setups based on client-specific requirements;
- Ensure product setups align with sales proposals and customer expectations;
- Address client inquiries and resolve product setup issues;
- Develop processes to streamline setup tasks;
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity;
- Consistently test the product and register any issues observed, in cooperation with the QA team;
- Set up AssureSign email notifications and configure notification templates for different products.
