The Starting Point
Weld Health aimed to build a mobile-first platform that connects users with wellness providers in real time. However, the initial version of the app lacked usability and struggled with performance under load. The product needed to support core features like booking, planning, and user communication — all within a limited MVP delivery timeframe.
