Rebuilding EdTech Infrastructure for 15% Faster Releases
Enterprise Learning
The client provides a comprehensive training management platform built for enterprises that deliver learning at scale. Their solution enables organizations to automate, integrate, and optimize every stage of the training lifecycle across global teams and systems.
Infrastructure Bottlenecks
The client’s infrastructure was originally built using AWS CloudFormation with complex, tightly coupled configurations. Over time, this setup became difficult to manage, troubleshoot, and scale. Lack of transparency and maintainability slowed down feature releases, increased operational overhead, and limited the agility needed to support a fast-evolving EdTech environment.
Streamlined with Terraform
To improve agility and reduce complexity, we migrated the client’s infrastructure from AWS CloudFormation to Terraform — enabling faster releases, lower maintenance, and better scalability.
Human-Readable Configurations
Switched to declarative, transparent code for easier collaboration and debugging.
Modular & DRY Setup
Applied the DRY principle to reduce duplication and improve maintainability across components.
Clear Dependency Mapping
Introduced a clean, visual dependency tree to simplify scaling and accelerate troubleshooting.
