Solving the Payday Problem

Hastee set out to tackle a widespread challenge: 78% of workers face financial stress between paydays, often turning to high-interest loans or overdrafts. With nothing built yet, the team needed to start from scratch — beginning with understanding why the product should exist. The goal was clear: provide a real alternative to the traditional monthly payroll model, reduce financial insecurity, and improve productivity through better employee well-being.

Our Work with Hastee

Opinov8 designed and delivered Hastee’s native mobile app and scalable backend using microservices.
From UX to infrastructure, we built and continuously evolved a secure, high-performance FinTech platform.

Design

First and foremost, Opinov8 started to work on the wireframes design and created 2,500 user stories and did the release every two weeks through an Agile process.

Microservices architecture

To boost the scalability and speed ability, Opinov8 used microservices architecture. Opinov8 delivered the original minimum viable product in a short period to satisfy first customers and get their feedback.

Technical support

As soon as the product was released, Opinov8 continued working on new features, optimizing existing functionality, platform scalability, security, and reporting. Through collaborative work with Hastee, Opinov8 managed to implement all ideas with its innovative technical approach.
