You will be working as a part of the PMO Team, being a part of the Delivery Unit.
Within the Delivery Organization, your work will be related to the Resourcing part, i.e resources allocation, utilization, and availability tracking.
BEING PART OF THE TEAM you will be responsible for:
-Take part in resource planning and thus be responsible for optimizing staffing, helping PMO, Delivery Managers and Practice Leads with proactively placing available resources on billable work, plan utilization according to booked revenue, and planning incoming business in the pipeline;
-Be responsible for tracking the utilization of the Employees in your Practice;
-Achieve Resources Utilization KPI and Targets;
-Be able to answer what any given person is working on and what the utilization of this individual is;
-Ensure that time registration is being done by project employees and that it is classified correctly;
-Identify and reduce to zero booked, but not registered hours;
-Maintain billable utilization and ensure value creation from non-billable hours;
-Achieve accuracy in booked reservations on projects and booked revenue forecast;-
-Achieve clarity and transparency on Available resources (competencies, levels, capacity);
-Keep skills profiles up to date and ready to go;
-Produce weekly, and monthly reports on resourcing and utilization, availability, and forecasted bench.
Would be a plus:
-Has theoretical knowledge about project management standards and practices, knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process, Technologies stack
-English: Upper-Intermediate +
