Ensuring a full recruitment cycle: candidate search, selection, organization and conduction of interviews, feedback, preparation and support of Job Offers etc.;
Develop candidate sourcing strategies that ensure successful recruitment process;
Networking in the IT industry, researching and improving your sector knowledge;
Communication with managers;
Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.
2+ years of working experience in IT Recruitment;
Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process;
Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships;
Being able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Understanding of IT job market;
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, both speaking and writing.
