The HR Specialist will provide on the ground local generalist operational HR support and will deliver HR and L&D activities, support managers. The position formulates partnerships across all teams and communities to deliver values to management and Opinov8rs that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding in Egypt;
- Conduct Performance Reviews, and follow up on it;
- Handle and mitigate retention risks;
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner;
- Provide input to creating, implementing and evaluating human resource policies, procedures and structures in Egypt;
- Arrange and coordinate educational and team building activities;
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation and professional field.
As an L&D specialist you will closely cooperate with the L&D team and the L&D manager. You will be a representative from L&D team for our employees in the location of Egypt to support their learning needs and sustainable professional growth.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the strategic L&D plan;
- Be attentive to details and have strong analytical skills;
- Be able to demonstrate empathy and have a good understanding of the features of work in cross-cultural teams;
- Have strong communication and presentation skills;
- Capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders, both face to face (or virtually) and across geographies;
- Support the design and role-out of learning and development solutions (e-modules, presentations, webinars etc.).
