We are actively recruiting a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, to be a key part of our Global People Function and sit on the People Leadership Team. You will act as a credible expert leading all talent acquisition initiatives to meet the global talent needs of Opinov8. You will utilize industry & business acumen and serve as a dedicated, strategic, trusted partner to our Senior Leadership Team and hiring managers.
This position will be responsible for optimizing and evolving recruiting processes, collaborating with our Brand Manager on driving employment branding, driving strategic processes in hiring to implement growth plans, manage a global team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Resourcers and using a data driven mindset provide oversight to the day-to-day operations of our talent acquisition function.
Reporting to the Global People Director this is a key and highly visible position, which interacts with all levels of management across multiple areas and locations in our organization by providing expertise on all staffing and recruiting strategies, policies and leading recruitment programs that will ensure our organization can successfully attract and engage top talent.
•Lead the Global Talent Acquisition function, partnering with our Leaders, and hiring managers to source and attract top talent with a strong emphasis on our global footprint
•Set strategic direction for the Talent Acquisition function and evolve it into a best-in-class function
•Partner with the Pre-sales and Delivery teams to understand future skills needs and long-term growth strategies for our organization with a view to building pro-active candidate relationships and pipelines
•Evaluate, streamline, and improve current recruiting processes where needed
•Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Resourcers to hire the best talent available in the markets and to achieve their KPIs
•Develop and maintain performance metrics that provide clarity of trending, benchmarking, and insight to drive performance, process improvements and visibility through reporting
•Assess external labour market conditions in the locations we operate in, analyze trends, create metrics and address business needs to develop highly effective and proactive recruiting strategies
•Work with the wider People Leadership Team and function to develop and champion strategic recruiting initiatives including interview training, employment branding, pay scales, employee retention, etc.
•Conduct and share market intelligence related to industry trends and Senior Leadership
•Constantly evaluate external trends and identify opportunities to promote creative and innovative recruiting strategies
•Prioritize and champion candidate experience through the recruitment process
•Collaborate on Employer Brand initiatives
•Evolve Recruitment Analytics providing insights to Leaders and stakeholders which serve to inform decision making
•Previous experience of managing a Talent Acquisition Team in a global and expanding organisation
•You have demonstrable experience of managing and evolving a sizeable talent acquisition team
•Proven track record of implementing strategic recruiting practices in a scaling organization
•Successful track record creating innovative, progressive approaches to talent acquisition and candidate sourcing methodologies.
•Extremely strong business partnering skills, networking and relationship-building skills
•Strong results and process improvement orientation with a sense of urgency to achieve goals and results.
•Success in hiring technical talent in a highly competitive market
•Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into executive Talent Acquisition priorities
